CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Katryna-Nikole @ Alba Salon and Spa, we value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. • Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be considered. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and scheduling commitments.
